I had the opportunity to conduct an insightful AI session with the Software Engineers and Site Reliability Engineers at IFS R&D International on 4 June 2026.

During the session, we explored the development of AI agents using Microsoft Foundry and discussed how intelligent agents can support engineering, automation, and operational excellence.
