On 13 January 2026, I conducted a session for the Akkaraipattu Pradeshiya Sabha Officers at the Akkaraipattu Pradeshiya Sabha, Ampara Office, focusing on how AI can help to improve the work and how to adopt Microsoft 365 in the workplace. 

The session covered the advantages of Microsoft 365, provided practical guidance on using Microsoft 365, and offered strategies for practical use.

Discussed the Use case of Cloud Infrastructure and accessing the Cloud infrastructure securely, and the advantages of Azure.

I also introduced Microsoft Copilot, demonstrating how it can streamline daily workflows. In the AI segment, I showcased Copilot’s capabilities and explained how it outperforms ChatGPT and other AI tools in driving productivity.
