On 10 November 2025, I conducted a session at the Management Development Training Unit, Trincomalee, focusing on AI and the adoption of Microsoft 365 in the workplace. 

The session covered the advantages of Microsoft 365, provided practical guidance on how to use the Microsoft 365 products, and offered strategies for practical use.

I also introduced Microsoft Copilot, demonstrating how it can streamline daily workflows. In the AI segment, I showcased Copilot’s capabilities and explained how it outperforms ChatGPT and other AI tools in driving productivity.

Discussed the Use case of Cloud Infrastructure and accessing the Cloud infrastructure securely, and the advantages of Azure.
