Empowering Government Staff with Cloud & AI Technologies - ZDE Office, Batticaloa Central

On 18 June 2025, I conducted a session at the Batticaloa Central Zonal Education Office focused on adopting Microsoft 365 in the workplace. The session covered the benefits of Microsoft 365, practical guidance on purchasing and managing licenses, and effective usage strategies.

Discussed the Use case of Cloud Infrastructure and accessing the Cloud infrastructure securely, advantages of Azure.

I also introduced attendees to Microsoft 365 management tools and demonstrated how to optimize daily workflows. In the AI segment, I highlighted Microsoft Copilot's capabilities, showcasing how it stands out compared to ChatGPT and other AI tools in enhancing productivity.
